Wondering about standards?

Beginner: This is for beginner competitors. Only basic movements and weights will be used. Everyone will be able to complete the movements in this division.

Masters: Advanced movements like muscle ups, handstand push-ups and pistols will not be measured in this division. Divisions will be 35-39, 40-44, 45-older. Standard barbell movements should be expected and might include: Deadlift, Clean and Jerk, Snatch, and Push Press.

Teens: Teens will be divided into 3 divisions. Athletes will be able to scale all movements and weights as needed within their division. Athletes may move up to older age divisions, but may not move down. Divisions will be 12-14, 15-17.
