A Spin on the classic BOS Chipper.
Athletes will have 10 minutes to accumulate as many reps as possible. Athletes will have the option to choose between Bar Muscle-Ups, C2B or Pull-ups. Athletes will need to complete all 10 reps of the gymnastics movement but each movement will have a different value.

RX / Masters 40-49:
Bar Muscle-up = 10 x 4 Reps = 40 reps
C2b = 10 x 2 Reps = 20 Reps
Pull-ups = 10 x 1 Rep = 10 Reps

Scaled / Masters 50+
Chest to Bar = 10 x 3 Reps = 30 reps
Pull-up = 10 x 2 Reps = 20 Reps
Ring Row= 10 x 1 Rep = 10 Reps
