The Complex womenSee Details
WOD 1 & WOD 2) 6 Min Women /6 Min Men

Clean/Hang Clean(Above the knees)/Jerk

Clean’s can be a Squat or Power Clean. Jerk can be a Split or Push Jerk

This will be scored as two workouts. Women first take on the complex they will have 6 minutes to find the heaviest weight, followed by the men two minutes later.

This is a waterfall style workout women lead men follow. The men cannot move on to the next movement until the women finish all 50 Reps of a movement.
