Put your fitness to the test! Individual athletes from the area are invited to compete in this classic fitness competition for prizes and to see who is the fittest in their respective divisions. Men's and women's intermediate, RX and masters (35+) divisions.Athletes will participate in four workouts.Prizes for all podium finishers. Cash prizes listed below.All participants will receive a shirt, if registered by 10/25.
Spectators are welcome, invite your friends and family to cheer you on.
See below for standards and details. Most or all of the standard exercises will be in the workouts, but workouts are not restricted to the following exercises. Expect the unexpected.

Cash prizes are based on number of participants registered. As of 10/15/19 the following cash prizes will be awarded to podium finishers. Cash prizes may increase based on the total number of registrations by November 4th. Other prizes will be announced soon.

*Standard weights for barbell movements are not indicative of all and actual weights used in the competition. Weights could be lighter or possibly slightly heavier. The above weights should not be close to your one rep max. You might be expected to lift the above weights several times in an event, so you will want to be confident with the weights in your respected division.
**No minimum weight requirement for 1RM clean, but athletes should be able to power/squat clean.
***Intermediate/Masters athletes can choose to do double unders or single unders x2. Athletes must decide before the workout starts and cannot switch once they have made their choice.
