1-day competition on July 13th in Kearney, NE hosted by Kearney CrossFit. Teams of 2: M/M, F/F.

Teams of 2: Male/Male or Female/Female. 5 divisions: RX, Intermediate Scaled, Masters 40-49, & Masters 50+. Masters athletes, and teens are encouraged to compete. Place yourself in the division that best fits your fitness level. You do not necessarily have to compete in a Masters division. Even if your age qualifies you for a Masters division, you may compete in any division. There will be bigger prize packages in RX than Masters.

This is going to be even bigger, and better, than the last two years! We will use an Olympic-Size pool (one person needs to be able to swim), a track with a turf field (or another venue like a park may be used), and our gym at Kearney CrossFit.

The gym has a 70 yard x 40 yard grass field with a 55' long concrete lifting pad. This is where the final events of the day will take place. There is a huge parking lot adjacent to this field where athletes, and vendors, can set up tents and hang out all day.

This will be a totally unique experience with fresh workouts and an awesome atmosphere. Our goal is to get as much well-rounded fitness in as possible. You will be tested in all capacities. Endurance, speed, strength, power, skill. It will require team work and some planning.

Teaser WODs will be released early and most workouts be released at least a week prior to the competition. We might save one or two surprises. You will know what's coming and how to prepare for it.

Divisions:

RX: M/M, F/F

Intermediate: M/M, F/F

Scaled: M/M, F/F

Masters: M/M, F/F 40-49

Masters: M/M, F/F 50+

Movement Standards: This is a general guideline. You should be able to move the weights listed for reps and not a 1-RM. If you can do most movements in a division, you will be just fine. For the RX division, you need to be able to do any workouts in the CrossFIt Games Open RX as well as the majority of crossfit.com daily workouts. Masters athletes, we recommend that you simply pick which division you best fit in... we have RX, Intermediate and Scaled Masters athletes in our gym, so just pick where you think you belong! You do not necessarily have to compete in a Masters division. Masters divisions will line up with RX and Intermediate standards for the most part. This is not a complete list of movements, but it is a good place to start.
