Come join us for some good times and heavy lifts as we take on the benchmark wod, the "CrossFit Total". At 10am on March 30th we will meet up at PSKC, 549 3rd St Portsmouth Ohio.
Sum of the Best of Each Lift:
Each athlete will get 3 attempts at each lift. Weight must increase after each successful attempt at each movement. Weight may not be decreased after 1st attempt. A failed rep will count as an attempt.
There is no time limit for each lift or for the length of the session in which they are all performed, but they must be performed during one session (i.e., athlete cannot leave the area to rest or perform other activities between the 3 attempts at that particular lift)

Most importantly, this will be fun. There will be judges and we want to see PR's everywhere, but we want to have a good time with this.
