Event #1 - 'Show Me Your Strength'
1RM - Clean and Jerk
Each team has 8 minutes total to find their 1RM Clean and Jerk and may rotate as necessary. Athletes are allowed to 'clean anyhow' and after demonstrating control, move to a shoulder to overhead. The WOD will begin with an empty bar.
Event #3 - 'Puffed Up'
2 Scores 10 Min Time Cap
*One Teammate must be in a Deadlift hold (135/115)(115/105) while the teammate that is performing the Row/Burpee AMRAP. Athletes must rotate every round of the AMRAP in the order of Row, Bench, Deadlift Hold
The Calorie Row/Burpee AMRAP and the Max Rep Bench Press will be performed simultaneously. One athlete can only work on the AMRAP while another teammate is a Deadlift hold. The other athlete will be able to work on the Max Rep Bench Press during that round. Bench Press - Athletes may rack the bar and continue to lift when ready. Each rep is counted when athlete is completely locked out. Any rep in which the athlete does not lock out will not count toward score. Athletes most rotate after a round of the Row/Burpee is completed

*Athletes can only change and must change every minute on the minute*
