With love in the air there is no better time than to express it with your crew than at our 5th annual My Bloody Valentine!!
This team of six (3 guys/3girls) is our biggest event that we host each year. After being cooped up all winter without a place to compete, we offer you one of the first events of the 2019 competition season!
As always, we will run this event straight through and we will test your team work, communication, mentality, and physical abilities. We will find the best all around team and we will push you right to the edge without pushing you over the top. I mean it is My Bloody Freaking Valentine! We take everyday CrossFit movements and mix them into "special" combinations that are always fan favorites.
We will have the sickest DJ in the land, Mo Dingo spinning live beats for ya all. We will also have our event shirts made by our friends at 7Five Clothing!!!
This event sells out quickly each year so make sure you have your squad lined up and ready for when registration launches as we limit the spots available to ensure a smooth running and GREAT event! We pride ourselves on the quality we offer you on competition day.
**We are only opening 10 team slots for each division (Scaled and Rx).
-Team size: Team of 6 athletes (3 guys/3 girls)
-Only 10 slots per division
-Scaled Heat #1 will start around 8:00am
-Rx Heat #1 will start around 1:00pm
-WODs and FULL standard videos/walk through will be released two weeks before the event.

****We reserve the right to add movements to this list, but they would fall under the weight limits shown. We will not add a Major Skill to the list (ie Muscle-Ups) We may use everything on this list or some of it.
****The Scaled is meant for SCALED athletes. Don't be that team that should have went Rx and Sandbagged the scaled division please****
***The Tie-Breaker WOD has been predetermined. If we have teams that are tied, the tie breakers will go into action. These tie breakers will be told to the team captains during the athlete briefing so you all know them ahead of time.
