Workout 1 -

50 CAL AB 

50 DB Burpees - Burpee standing up with the DBs

200 DU or 400 Singles

50 Burpee with lateral jump over the DB


15 minute time cap

SCORE = For Time

DB RX 50/35 Scaled 40/25

In this workout, we want to reinforce that partnership! Only one partner can be working at a time, and every time you switch, or every time you change movement, you must tag one another. No tag = 5 second penalty

25 Double KB Clean and Jerk - 24/16 kg and 16/12 kg

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs - 20' Across the board

30 Double KB Clean and Jerk

20 Burpee Box Jump Overs

35 Double KB Clean and Jerks

25 Burpee Box Jump Overs

200 Wall Balls - For Time

Time CAP 12 mins

P1 - AMRAP Wall Balls

P2 - Pull Up Chin Over the Bar Hold (RX) / Hanging Knee Raise ( Over hand grip on Chin over the bar hold)

Rx 20/14

Scaled 14/10

In this workout, one partner will complete as many wall balls as possible while P2 holds there chin over the bar.

Once P2 drops from the bar, athletes switch. or Knees drop below parallel.
