This is a one day strongman competition hosted at Kearney CrossFit. Events will kick off at 1:00pm and will run until dusk. Official schedules, and event times, will be released upon close of registration. ALL workouts will be released by September 1st. Check out Kearney CrossFit's Facebook page and Instagram to stay up to date. We will email all registered athletes with updates, as well.
Here are some general guidelines for workouts. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Trevor, or Cory, at Kearney CrossFit with any questions!
#1: Tire & Stone Sprint
#2: Sled Ladder (pulling sleds and vehicles)
#3: Grip Burner (Suitcase deadlifts and farmer's carries)
#4: Fat Bars and Throws (Fat bar clean & jerks and slam ball toss)
Male: 199# or less
Male: 200# or more
Female: 149# or less
Female: 150# or more
Trophies for all division winners will be a custom engraved sword!
