12 Minutes to Find a 1 rm Hang Snatch*
*RX Every 2 minutes partners must complete 20/15 cal row and 600/500 m assault bike.
*Scaled Every 2 minutes partners must complete 18/12 cal row and 600/500 m assault bike.
Ex: At the start of the 12 minutes one athlete will begin on the rower and one athlete will begin on the bike. They will work until the monitors read the required numbers. At that point both athletes may begin to use one barbell to find a max hang snatch. At the two minute mark they must move back to the rower and the bike in order to complete the work again. Afterwards they can move back to the bar and continue to work to find the max hang snatch. This continues for 12 minutes.
