3 Divisions for Men and Women

Individual Rx , Scaled, and Masters

Cash Prizes for Winner of each division and gift packages for 2nd and 3rd place

Men's/ Women's Winner RX = $500 each
Men's/ Women's Winner Scaled = $150 each
Men's/ Women's Winner Masters = $150 each

WOD's will be Standard movements which will be released with weights in the weeks leading up to competition.

Goodie bags will be given out to athletes upon arrival. Women will get Tanks / Men will get Unisex T's

All sales are final and entry price will increase after 9/1/2018

Check in will be at 7am

Athlete briefing begins at 8am

Competition begins at 8:30 sharp

Food Truck will be on site for lunch and sponsors will promoting products and services
