NorthLee CrossFit is excited to host a fundraiser for Le Bonheur Children's Hospital featuring the amazing individuals who work full time in the profession of law enforcement, firefighting, and emergency medical services.

In both divisions, teams of 2 & teams of 3 will battle it out over three events that will test their physical strength, endurance and teamwork. The three teams with top scores will then throw down in a final event that will determine 1st, 2nd & 3rd place! Top prizes will be awarded to all 3 teams.

This competition is open to all active and retired LE officers, firefighters, and EMS workers, male or female, in any state.

Competition consists of 3 team workouts. The top 3 teams with the highest scores (in both divisions) will go on to compete in a 4th and final workout to determine their placement. All scores will begin at zero for this final event!

EVENT 1

"SUICIDE"

3-Person Team:

Team Member #1 will complete (1) suicide run, then perform (21) Sandbag (RX M-100lb/F-60lb/Scaled M-60#/F-40#) over Box (48" for both divisions)

#1 then tags Team Member #2, who will complete (1) suicide run (25',50',75',100') then perform (15) Sandbag over Box (sandbag can clear box, or be tossed on top and pushed off other side)

#2 then tags Team Member #3, who will complete (1) suicide run, then perform (9) Sandbag over Box

Event is complete when the last sandbag over box is completed. Score is time.

2-Person Team:

"SUICIDE"

Suicide Run

(10) Sandbag Over Box

Team Member #1 will complete (1) suicide run (25',50'75'100') then perform (10) Sandbag (RX M-100#/F-60#/Scaled M-60#/F-40#) over Box (48")

#1 then tags Team Member #2, who will complete the same. Alternate until 4 rounds are completed. Score is time.

EVENT 2

"THE ENFORCER"

3-Person Team:

150 Calorie Row

125 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (RX Male-50#/F-35#b/Scaled M-35#/F-25#)

100 Box Jump Overs (RX M-24"/F-20"/Scaled M&F-20" step-overs)

One Team Member works at a time. Team Member #1 begins work, while Team Member #2 holds (2) Kettlebells (RX M-53/F-35#/Scaled M-35/F-26#) in the front rack position, and Team Member #3 does a dead hang from a pull-up bar. If Team Member #2 or #3 breaks position, everyone must rotate. **During each movement, Team Members must rotate at least once. TIME CAP: 22 Min. Score is time or reps completed at cap.

2-Person Team:

100 Calorie Row

75 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (RX Male-50#/F-35#/Scaled M-35#/F-25#)

50 Box Jump Overs (M-24"/F-20"/Scaled M&F 20" step-overs)

Team Member #1 begins work, while Team Member #2 holds (2) Kettlebells (RX M-53/F-35#/Scaled 35#/26#) in the front rack position, OR does a dead hang from a pull-up bar. (athlete's choice on each rotation) If Team Member #2 breaks position, athlete's must rotate. **Team members must rotate at least once per movement. TIME CAP: 22 Min. Score is time or reps completed at cap.

EVENT 3

3-Person Team:

"WATER HAMMER"

20 Chin over Bar Pull-ups / Scaled 20 Jumping Pull-ups)

15 Bar Facing Burpees

10 Deadlifts (RX Male-255lb/F-185/Scaled M-185#/F-135#)

5 Rope Climbs (as a team) / Scaled - 100 sit-ups (as a team)

This event will be performed "waterfall" style. Team Member #1 will complete all pull-ups, burpees and deadlifts, touch the rope assigned to your Team, then Team Member #2 will begin their workout (all reps of all 3 movements). They will then touch the rope assigned to their Team, and Team Member #3 will perform the same. When Team Member #3 has touched the rope assigned to their team, they will then perform 5 full rope climbs. These climbs do not have to be shared. One Team Member can do them all, or share with the other 2 Team Members. Event is complete after the 5th rope climb has been completed, and both feet have reached the floor. Scaled Sit-ups also do not have to be shared. Event is complete after final sit-up.

2-Person Team:

"WATER HAMMER"
