CrossFit San Jose brings you the 4th installment of our famous Frankenwod Throwdown. This year, Saturday Oct. 20th, will bring the challenge for same gender partners. We will guarantee 4 wods, great t-shirts and a great experience.

**Only one athlete works at a time. Athletes will alternate each set for entire workout. From the start of the workout, once the KB is off the floor, the KB CANNOT touch the ground until the workout is over. KB must be held or used at all times by one of the athletes on the team. KB, during burpee box overs, must be held with ONE ARM in either a farmer style hold, front rack hold, or overhead hold.**
**If KB touches the floor at any point before the workout is over there will be an automatic and immediate penalty of x5 Burpee (normal chest to deck and jump clap overhead standard).**

Max Reps Stone to Shoulder @ 140/95 -- Intermediate/Scaled @ 120/75
1 Min AMMAP (5m = 1 Rep)
Max Distance Farmer Carry @ 100/70 --- Intermediate/Scaled @ 70/53
(SCORE 5 - TOTAL REPS)
**Both athletes work at the same time. One athlete starts on the stone and the other starts on the carry. At the end of the min both athletes will immediately switch stations and work for one more min. This workout will be 2 min total.**
