5th annual same sex Partner Competition with Age categories, including Brand NEW Scaled division called FITNESS.

-> AGE Categories include: Men 34 & under, Men 35-44 years, Men 45 and over, Women 34 & under, Women 35-44 years, Women 45 and over.

-> SCALED All Ages, also known as "FITNESS" is a non-barbell category designed for people new to CrossFit or Bootcamp athletes that are familiar with body weight and dumbbell workouts.

WOD #1:
AMRAP in 6 minutes
6 Thrusters
6 Lateral Burpees over the bar

*Partners rotate each FULL round.
44 & under: 115/75 lbs
45 & over: 95/65 lbs
SCALED All ages: 2 Dumbbells 25/15, Lateral Burpees over the line

WOD #2:
For time: 12 minute time cap
60/50 calorie Row
100 DU's or 200 Singles
60 Power Snatch
100 DU's or 200 Singles
60 Pull-ups, 40 Chest 2 Bar, or 20 Bar Muscle Ups

WOD #2: SCALED
For time: 12 minute time cap
50 calorie Row
150 Singles
75 Power Snatch

50 Hanging Knee Raises

*Partners split reps however.
*Partners in the Age categories must declare to their judge, before the wod starts, whether they are doing Double under's or Singles AND whether they do Pull-ups, Chest 2 Bar or Bar Muscles. Teams cannot mix and match the movements.
*Any reps NOT completed in the 12 minute time cap, will be added to the score in seconds.
44 & under: Power Snatch 95/65 lbs
45 & over: Power Snatch 85/55 lbs
SCALED All Ages: Dumbbell Snatch 35/20 lbs

Clean Ladder - Power or Squat clean

*Partners work together for one full minute at each bar for max reps.
30 second transition between bars. Each team MUST complete at least
ONE rep at each bar to advance on to the next bar.
SCORE is total pounds lifted.

WOD #3: SCALED
Kettlebell Swing Ladder

*Partners rotate for 2 full minutes at each station for max reps. 30 second transition between weights.
SCORE is total pounds lifted.

Floater WOD:
MAX reps in 4 minutes:
Partner A: Bike for calories
Partner B: Max reps Sandbag ground to over shoulder

*Partners much switch at least one time in the 4 minutes.
44 & under: 80/60 lbs
45 & over: 60/40 lbs
SCALED All Ages: 60/40 lbs
