Details

Teams of 2: Male/Male or Female/Female. 3 divisions: RX, Intermediate and Scaled. Masters athletes, and teens are encouraged to compete. Place yourself in the division that best fits your fitness level.

This is going to be even bigger, and better, than last year! We will use an Olympic-Size pool (one person needs to be able to swim), a track with a turf field, and our gym at Kearney CrossFit. This year the competition will end with a party at Kearney CrossFit for all athletes and spectators!

The gym has a 70 yard x 40 yard grass field with a 55' long concrete lifting pad. This is where the final events of the day will take place. There is a huge parking lot adjacent to this field where athletes, and vendors, can set up tents and hang out all day.

1-day competition on July 14th in Kearney, NE hosted by Kearney CrossFit. Teams of 2: M/M, F/F.

Three separate venues will be used: Kearney CrossFit, Olympic-sized swimming pool and a track and field. The workouts are going to be awesome!

This will be a totally unique experience with fresh workouts and an awesome atmosphere. Our goal is to get as much well-rounded fitness in as possible. You will be tested in all capacities. Endurance, speed, strength, power, skill. It will require team work and some planning.

There will also be an athlete party after the competition on Saturday! More details to come, but this will be a blast for all involved!!!

Teaser WODs will be released early and most workouts be released at least a week prior to the competition. We might save one or two surprises. You will know what's coming and how to prepare for it. The cost is $99/team. Lots more details to come. Stay tuned. Registration opens April 1st!

Divisions:

RX: M/M, F/F

Intermediate: M/M, F/F

Scaled: M/M, F/F

Movement Standards: This is a general guideline. You should be able to move the weights listed for reps and not a 1-RM. If you can do most movements in a division, you will be just fine. For the RX division, you need to be able to do any workouts in the CrossFIt Games Open RX as well as the majority of crossfit.com daily workouts. Masters athletes, we recommend that you simply pick which division you best fit in... we have RX, Intermediate and Scaled Masters athletes in our gym, so just pick where you think you belong!
