(AMRAP 16 min)
Partner 1 will perform an AMRAP of B.1, while Partner 2 rolls off 1200 meters on the Xebex Bike, the partners will Switch. Partner 2 will perform and AMRAP of B.1 while Partner 1 rolls off 1200 meters on the xebex bike. The team will then move onto B.2 which is performed in the same pattern. When you finish B.2, you do B.1. This pattern will continue till the 16 min is complete.
