Royal Ruckus 3 presented by CrossFit Royalty is BACK

WOD 4B: "C.R.E.A.M"
Workout 4B begins immediately after 4A.
For Time:
6 Rounds: 8 minute CAP
15 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
15 SOH
The weight on the shoulder to overhead increases every completed round.
Round 1 (95/65)
Round 2 (135/85)
Round 3 (155/105)
Round 4 (185/125)
Round 5 (205/135)
Round 6 (225/145)
Everything about this workout is break it up however you like. Each team will have their bars set at 95/65 before the workout begins. Each team will be responsible for their own weight changes and changing the box height from female to male.

WOD 4A "Tha Crossroads"
5 minutes for Maximum Calories on the rower
-Can be broken up however teams choose
Workout 4B will begin immediately after 4A....that will be announced in the coming days.

WOD #3 "Quiet Storm"

For Time:
30-20-10
Alternating DB Snatch (50/35)
Deadlifts (185/125)
Lateral Bar Burpees
Then,
30-20-10
Lateral Bar Burpees
Alternating DB Snatch (50/35)
Deadlifts (185/125)

16 minute time cap

P1 Will start the workout with 30 Alt DB snatches AND 30 Deadlifts. P2 Will then complete 30 Lateral Bar Burpees (while P1 Rests). P1 Will do the set of 20 Snatch and Deadlifts. P2 will then do the 20 burpees. This continues until the first round of 30-20-10 is done.

Then P1 Will open round 2 with 30 bar burpees and it will be P2's turn to do the Snatches and Deadlifts. In total each Partner will do 60 of

WOD #2
"Gangsta's Paradise"

For Total Weight- 12 minutes
1RM Snatch (any style)
2RM Hang Squat Clean
3RM Power Clean
4RM Bench Press

Each Athlete will be responsible for 2 of the lifts.
Example Athlete 1 does the 1RM Snatch and 4RM Bench Press
Athlete 2 does the 2RM Hang Squat Clean and 3RM Power Clean

Each team will be provided with one men's barbell, one women's barbell, one bench, rack, and 345lbs of plates to share over the 12 minutes.

Bars will be empty prior to the start of the workout.

WOD 1: "Murph"
For Time:
Two 1 Mile runs
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
P1- Runs 1 mile while P2 begins working their way through the 600 reps. When P1 returns P2 runs their mile, P1 will pick up on the gymnastics. Time stops when both partners finish their miles and all 600 reps are complete. Reps can be broken up however teams wish.
