Welcome to the registration site for the 2018 Spring Smasher held at CrossFit Train in Denver, CO!

CrossFit Train is hosting an awesome one-day CrossFit competition in Denver! It is a partner competition with divisions in Men's RX, Men's Open, Women's RX, and Women's Open! Come out and rep your box and win some great prizes. Awesome people, killer WOD's and dope prizes.

This is a two-person same sex partner competition, competition with two divisions so any skill level will feel comfortable competing. Due to insurance liabilities we are unable to allow anyone under the age of 18 to participate.

Below are the requirements for the Rx & Open divisions so please register for the appropriate one! Thanks. At least 1 person on each team has to be able to do all of the movements required in each division.

$130 per team includes a t-shirt for each person. NO REFUNDS.

RX Division:

Men/Women. Athletes must be able to perform multiple repetitions at these weights with proper technique and full range of motion. Athletes must also be able to perform multiple repetitions of the gymnastic movements with proper technique and full range of motion. One person on the team must be able to do the weight prescribed. For example, if you can't do a 135# thruster (guys) but your teammate can, you're good to go. Same thing goes for the gymnastics movements. If you can't do a handstand push-up but your friend can, you're good but keep practicing!
