3 Rounds for Time presents our 2nd annual WODStock team competition - A thrilling event for the Novice, Scaled, and Intermediate Athlete. Start your team of 3 Male or team of 3 Female today!


3 Rounds for Time goal is to design, organize and deliver the best competition events that are fair, challenging and more importantly fun!!!

Take a look at some of the descriptions below. If qualify in the majority of the bullets below then you should chose that category.


NOVICE

If the following skill set best describes you, NOVICE is the best division for you.

· If you use resistance bands for pull ups

· You're able to power clean (95/65) multiple times.

· Your 1 Mile run time is 12+ minutes

· Your 2000-meter row is over 11 minutes (Male) or 12 minutes (Female)

· Single-unders or inconsistent double-unders or is your highest level of skill with the jumprope

· Hanging knee raises is your highest level of skill when scaling Toes-to-Bar

· If you are new to CrossFit and have been doing it for less than a year


SCALED

If the following skill set best describes you, SCALED is the best division for you.

· You have been doing CrossFit for over a year.

· You maybe have competed once or twice.

· You are able to connect between 5 to 10 double-unders then trips and curse.

· You're able to power clean (115/75) multiple times.

· Your 1 mile run time is between 9 - 10 minutes.

· You have started to get kipping pull-ups and connect 3-5 (Insert High Five).

· You can achieve 1 toe-to-bar and sometimes connect 2.


INTERMEDIATE

The intermediate athlete covers the most broad range of athletes. They have been doing CrossFit for over a year, loves it, and loves competing. They also would prefer not to compete with regional or close to regional level athletes.

· You can connect multiple double-unders.

· You are able to perform multiple kipping or butterfly pullups.

· You can properly and safely Squat Snatch and Squat Clean.

· If abbreviations like OHS, HSPU, DL DU are immediately recognizable.

· You are able to connect 8+ toes-to-bar

· You constantly make jokes using the words "WOD" and "Snatch"

WOD 1B

Max Calorie Row

While 2 athletes are performing WOD 1A the other athlete will be rowing for calories. The athletes can only switch on the rower at the 4 minute and 8 minute mark of the AMRAP. The switch is MANDATORY. The team has the option for the athlete that performs the 1st row to also be the athlete that performs the 3rd row.

Overhead Barbell Hold (75/55)


At 3, 2, 1 go…one athlete at a time will complete a full round of the 3 movements. Once the athlete completes a round the next athlete can begin. This athlete can only work while their teammate has the barbell locked out overhead. The two athletes not working can switch off holding the barbell overhead. In order to switch, the barbell must be dropped to the floor and picked up by the other athlete. The team must keep the same order when performing the AMRAP.
