We are excited to announce The first ever West Coast Championships, A two-person Functional Fitness competition. Partner selection will be male/female partners, you can build a "super team". We are NOT requiring teams to come from the same gym. Brought to you in partnership with the EVOLUTION SPORTS EXPO!

WOD B

12 synchronized Burpees
8 Alternating DB Snatch (Rx 50/35) (Intermediate 45/35) (Rookie 35/25)
4 Squat clean into a Front Rack Lunch (Rx 135/95) (Intermediate 95/65) (Rookie 65/45)

Round 1:
Partner A and B will do 12 Burpees together, Points of Performance will be chest to floor together and then when both athletes have completed their burpees with a small clap overhead. ( the clap must happen together, and the chests must be on the ground together )

Partner A will then complete the 8 Alt. Dumb Bell Snatch, and the 4 barbell complex's of squat clean and Front Rack lunge.

Round 2:
Partner A and B will do 12 Burpees together

Partner B will then complete the 8 Alt. Dumb Bell Snatch, and the 4 barbell complex's of squat clean and Front Rack lunge.

Front Rack Lunge = both legs count as 1 rep, You must complete the Squat clean, then lunge on one leg, then the opposite leg.
