We are extremely proud to give you 'The Winter Classic'!

LA's only individual competition for Intermediate to Advanced level athletes competing in the sport of fitness!

This inaugural contest will be held at CrossFit High Voltage on December 9th, 2017

We will offer 4 Categories for this competition.
1. Rx Men
2. Rx Women
3. Intermediate Men
4. Intermediate Women

A list of movements will be released on Friday, November 3rd.

There will be 3 Events in this competition.

The top 3 athletes in each category upon the conclusion of all Events will receive prizes.

There will also be an athlete briefing video released on DEC 1st

There are many competitions in the sport of fitness in our area, but they all seem to be team competitions that are tailored to those just starting their fitness journey. This contest is designed to give intermediate athletes more experience in INDIVIDUAL competition. It is also designed to help elite athletes sharpen their sword with enough time to ramp their training up for the open in late February.

-10 Shoulder to Overhead
-5 Sandbag Cleans

10 Min Time Cap

W Rx - 105# BB / 100# SB
M Int - 115# BB / 100# SB
W Int - 75# BB / 70# SB

Get as far as possible in 6 MINUTES...
8-6-4-AMRAP
SNATCHES ascending in weight.

Buy in to rounds 2, 3, and 4:
12 Handstand Push Ups (Int: Burpees to plate)

Weights:
M Rx - 135# - 165# - 195# - 225#
W Rx - 85# - 105# - 125# - 145#
M Int - 95# - 115# - 135# - 165#
W Int - 55# - 75# - 95# - 115#

8 Minute Time Cap...

Intermediate:
For Time:
20-15-10
-Pull Ups (Chin over Bar)
-Front Squat (135/95#)

Rx:
For Time:
20-15-10
-Burpees to Plate
-Front Squat (185/130#)
Then...
-15 Ring Muscle Ups

Tiebreak for Rx Division is the time you finish the 20-15-10 couplet.
