Join us for this epic battle against the dark side of the mind. Let go of your fear of the bar and become the Jedi you were meant to be. Don't miss this opportunity to set a new PR in both the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Show off your hard work and accomplish a lift you thought impossible.

- 4 lifters will compete on the same stage
- Each lifter will have 3 attempts in both Snatch and Clean and Jerk
- Scoring will be based on your best lift compared to your body weight
- Black Lights, Music, T-shirt, and FUN!

Registration Deadline: 15th November. Competition will be capped at 30 lifters.

The event will be set up with 4 "platforms" marked out on the mats. Lifters will be placed in groups of 4. The lifter on platform 1 will have 20 seconds for their snatch attempt. The lifter may complete the lift after the 20 seconds as long as the bar leaves the ground before the timer goes off. There will be 20 seconds before platform 2 goes. Each lifter will have 3 attempts and approximately 2 min 20 seconds rest between each attempt. All groups will complete their snatch attempts before returning to the first group to repeat the process for clean and jerks.


Bars should be preloaded by the lifter. Clips must be used. The bar must start on the ground. No hang variations. Any degree of squatting is allowed for receiving the lift. In order for the lift to count, the lifter must lock out in one smooth motion with no re-bending of the elbows in snatch and jerk (no press-outs). The elbows may not touch the legs in the clean. No part of the lifter's body may touch the floor during the lift except their feet (no knee downs). The lifter must stand up with the weight and show control over the barbell. They must not step outside of their taped area. They must wait for the down signal form the judge before dropping the weight. Weights should be dropped under control and not slammed. No dropping 10lb plates please. The judge's decision on a lift is final. Rankings will be calculated based on Sinclair totals. Be a good sport.
