Both partners can be working at the same time on the cleans and box jumps; the completed amount of reps must be completed before moving on to the pull up bar.
Only one partner can work at a time on the pull ups/ BMU.
Teams must load their own bar with safety clips. Each team will have 2 judges.
As many 12 foot wall balls as possible.
Adv: 20/14 Inter/Mast:14/10 Beg: 14/6
Adv/Int/Mast: While partner1 is holding in a handstand; partner 2 is doing wall balls.
Beg Men: Will hold (2) 35 pound DB overhead; Women: (2) 20 DB while partner is doing wall balls.
**The wall balls can not start until partner is lock out position in handstand; Beginner locked out arms in overhead with 2 Dumbells**
Followed by 4mins to hit 2RM of Curtis P.
**Both partners can work at the same time accumulating Max Calories on the Assault Bike and Max rope climbs in 4 mins.**
