SkyRaider CrossFit in partnership with CrossFit Foothill, and CrossFit Pandemic bring you the first ever Battle on the Airfield. This unique competition is being held on Veterans Day on the historic Flabob Airport during their annual Veterans Day Airshow. This is a great opportunity to grab your wod partner and compete in a competition that honors our military veterans while enjoying all that the Flabob Veterans Day Airshow has to offer. There will be plenty of things to see, eat, and drink for both you and your family.

Partner 1 has to complete a full round before the partner 2 can begin their round.

Partner 1 will complete the 400m Sandbag run while Partner 2 performs the WOD exercises
Novice will modify Rope Climbs with 3x Burpees (18x Burpees)
This work out has two movements. Each work time cap is 2:00 minutes with a 1:00 minute transition time between work outs. Athletes will begin with a sled (Butcher) push for meters. The ground will be marked with white paint in 5 meter increments at the 2 minute mark athlete will stop the sled push rest one minute and begin second work out. The second work out will be Max effort pull ups on BIG BOB. Both partners will work at the same time during both work out. The teams will be scored on the total meters for sled push and on the pull ups they will be scored on total reps for both partners.
