CrossFit Rapid Fire is hosting our annual "Rapid Fire COED Throwdown" Saturday, November 4th, 2017. We would be honored to include you as a participant.
This event sold out last year with a waiting list and had 110 athletes competing. We highly encourage early registration!
This will be a 2 person per team COED only competition (male/female). There will be 2 divisions, RX and Scaled. This will be a one day event with each team in each division completing three workouts with a chance to compete in the final.
Cost: $140 per team.
*****We will offer a cash prize of $500 minimum to RX top team. Top teams in each division will receive awesome prize bags filled with valuable equipment, products and gifts. We have put together some outstanding prizes for this event. This will be a fun for all event! WODS, food, fun and friends.

120 WALL BALLS 20/14# 10’ HEIGHT (sets of 20 each)
100 DB SNATCHES ALTERNATING 50/35 (sets of 10 each)
80 DEADLIFTS 185/135 (sets of 10 each)
120 WALL BALLS 20/14 # 9’ HEIGHT (sets of 20 each)
100 KB SWINGS 53/35 (sets of 10 each)
80 DEADLIFTS 135/95 (sets of 10 each)
One athlete works at a time. Athletes complete equal reps at prescribed weight for each movement. All reps for each movement must be completed before starting next movement. Score is total reps or time completed.

10 MIN per team to find Max weight for Complex for both athletes. Athlete must complete all four reps without releasing bar or resting on the ground. Time used does NOT have to be equal for each athlete. Unused time from first athlete can be used by second athlete. One athlete works at a time and may assist each other with changing of weights. Score is combined weight for both athletes.

Both partners start with a 300 meter partner sprint with a running clock. Upon completing the run, with remaining time, athletes will complete AMRAP as prescribed.
The more teams the higher the cash prize. Final WOD will be announced day of the event. There will NOT be Ring Muscle Ups for the final. It will be challenging, fast paced and fun for athletes as well as spectators. Post any questions to comments on event page. All WODS subject to change at host discretion.
