Masters Teams are 2 Male/Male and 2 Female/Female.
Most Athletes should be able to perform the movements/weights below in a workout:
-Front Squat 135/85
-Clean and Jerk 155/85
35-44 Division at least 1 male and 1 female athlete should be able to perform standard Crossfit Open movements as RX'd:
Pull up, Toes to bar, burpees, lunges, wall balls, overhead squat, front squat, thrusters, double unders, box jump etc...
At Least 1 male should be able to perform pull ups
Championship Movements- ready for anything.
3 events for every team plus championship event for the Top 4 teams in each division.
All WOD's will be released the week prior to the event. All athletes staging area will be held outside, rain or shine. We suggest bringing your own pop-up tent and chairs for your staging area. All of the inside will be reserved for vendors and spectators only. Thank you for your cooperation.
