After four years theCourage Games are back! An old school, one-day Fitness Competition open to 25 men and 25 women (no rx'd/scaled/masters divisions). We don't do gimmicky workouts, and no CrossFit Games level skills. Just good old hard, fun, simple work! There will be three main workouts, four "fitness tests", and a final workout for the top 5 men and women athletes. As far as standards, you WON'T see handstand walking/push ups, muscle ups, chest to bars, toes to bar, or double unders. You WILL see some classic barbell movements and basic body weight (including running, agility, and some obstacles to navigate) along with a couple other basics (cough cough, DB's...). If you've been doing CrossFit for any period of time and have a base level understanding of the movements, you'll be able to perform all the workouts!
