Details

Welcome to the 2nd annual Heartland HavOC3! This year's male/female (teams of 4) competition is 2 days, starting on Friday (9/22) at 4pm and ending on Saturday (9/23) at 5pm.

APPAREL

T-shirts (unisex) and/or tanks (women's):

1. If you select a men's size, it will be a unisex t-shirt.
2. If you select a women's size, it will be a tank top (form fitting).

STANDARDS

The standards (I say that lightly) are listed below. They are mere guidelines as to what you COULD see at the HavOC3. They are NOT all inclusive, but anything new we throw at you will be doable for everyone. They will also not all be tested and not everyone will have to perform every single movement (however, I would not go in with that mentality). As long as your daily workouts (or programming) reflect a CrossFit style, you should be fine with whatever division you feel your abilities are at (Rx or Scaled). If you perform 70-85% of your workouts Rx at your gym, you should be fine for Rx. Anything less, you should think about the Scaled division.

Our main objective for this competition has not changed, nor will it ever change. We are here for one reason and that is to treat you all like CrossFit Games athletes for one weekend (Friday night and all day Saturday). It is a well run competition involving a lot of planning and thought, and our attention to detail has made us one of the top competitions in the midwest.

This event completely sold out last year and there will NOT be any additional spots opening up, so plan to sign up early!

Thank you ALL for choosing the HavOC3. We could not be happier to serve such amazing people!

Sincerely,

Colin, Jessie and Kolton
