Stampede CrossFit is proud to announce its third annual Barbell Rodeo on Saturday, July 1st. This will be a 2 person team event (2 men or 2 women) with an Rxd and Scaled divisions.
Event 1 RX Division 7:00 Cap 1 RM C&J
Notes: Team will receive one bar (female teams 35lb bar, male teams 45lb bar), one pair of clips, 2.5, 5, 10, 15, and 25, and 2 pairs of 45. A lift may be finished is weights leave ground before time cap.
Notes: Alternating rounds. Palms must stay in 3' box for HSPU. Wall climbs: Back of palm starts in front of 3.5' line with straight legs, climb wall up so back of palm pass 1' line with straight legs, climb down wall so back of palm ends in front of 3.5' line with straight legs = 1 rep. (SCALED)
