Fifth annual Barbell Rodeo, located in Los Banos, CA at the city's Tomato Festival. Rx and Scaled Teams. A team consists of 2 Men and 2 Women. Each team will complete four events. Top five teams will be recognized and prizes will be given to top three teams.

Festival is great for all ages. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the CrossFit Competition and all the festival attractions. There will be a $1 charge for everyone entering the festival. Please bring $1 per person (including competitors) to get through gate.

Event 1

9:00 Cap

4 Rounds - each teammate completes 1 round

30 Box Jump 30/24 (24/20 step ups allowed)

12 Front Rack Forward Lunge 135/95 (95/65)

Score: Time + repetitions remaining

Notes: Each teammate will complete a full round before rotating

Event 2 (immediately following event 1)

10:00 Cap

1RM Hang Clean

Score: Total weight of all 4 athletes

Notes: Each team will receive (1) 35# barbell, (1) 45# barbell, (4) 45# plates, (4) 25# plates, (2) 15# plates, (2) 10# plates, (2) 5# plates, (2) 2.5# plates. Only one lift at a time. Bar must be off ground before time cap.

100 Calorie Row

50 Burpee Ground to Overhead 45/25

Score: Total repetitions

Notes: 1 male and 1 female will work together to complete workout. At 6:00 a new male and female will complete workout until time cap. Repetitions can be divided as needed between male and female.

15 Deadlift 325/225 (255/185)

30 HSPU (5 wall climbs)

12 Deadlift

24 HSPU (4 wall climbs)

9 Deadlift

18 HSPU (wall climbs)

Notes: Male/male or female/female will begin workout. Once complete opposite sex will complete workout with remaining time.
