-Each teammate will have one bar with appropriate weights needed.
-1 teammate works at a time.
-The movements 1 C&Jerk and 1 Snatch must be alternated.
-Starting with the clean and jerk.
-Athletes may alternate back and forth and do as many reps as they like as long as the two movements are alternated.
-Any athlete transition requires a tag.
-Any form of cleans and snatches are acceptable (squat, power or split).
-Any form of shoulder to OH is acceptable.
-Every 3 min except for the first 3min one teammate will complete a 200m run.
-While one athlete is running the other can be changing the weights and continuing to work.
-Work as high up the ladder as possible.
-Score is total reps from each 3 min round.
-Completing 1 rep into a heavier round puts a team into a higher tier, automatically out scoring a team that was not able to make a lift in that heavier tier.
-Tie Breaker: when lifts are not able to be maintained or completed, with the remaining time left within the 3 min complete as many Burpee over bar as possible.
-One teammate completes Burpees at a time.
-Lateral or bar facing are acceptable.
-2 Foot take off from the floor. You don't have to open hips.
-Tag partner for transition.
