Welcome to the Freakin Gauntlet! This a brand new fitness competition intended to test a team of athletes in multiple fitness domains in a way no competition has tested before! With a team of up to 6, (3 men and 3 women) you will battle through a series of WODs or physical tasks that will test the team, as a whole, in every aspect of fitness. In 60 minutes your team will fight through the gauntlet of events. You will be able to partition the movements and skills as a team. Utilizing and strategizing your team's strengths and weakness will be extremely important. The teams with the fittest team members will NOT necessarily be the teams standing on the podium in the end. It will be the team that shows great fitness AND is able to strategize the best by using each other's strengths to the greatest advantage, "TEAMWORK" Does your team have what it takes to take on the Gauntlet?

Teams: must consist of a minimum of 2 men and 2 women and a maximum of 3 men and 3 women. (The events will be the same regardless of the amount of team members)
Divisions: Intermediate and RX
How the events will work:
The Freakin' Gauntlet is a one-hour series of five (5) events with a two (2) minute transition period between events. The clock will not wait for you, and will not stop. Events will either be a ten (10) minute AMRAP or ten (10) minute time cap. If a timed event is not completed within the allotted time, every repetition not completed will equal one (1) additional second towards that team's time
Possible movements/tasks you may encounter will include any traditional movements found in CrossFit, yoke carries, sled pushes, atlas stones, logs, large obstacles, awkward objects, pretty much anything may be thrown at your team.Be Freakin ready!
