How far will you go for your significant other, best friends, or team mates?? With Valentine's Day right around the corner, gather the ones you love and have a blast at this year's event!! This year we will be doing things a little bit different. We're going to have teams of 6 (3 guys/3 girls) doing epic battle against one another! As always, we will run all of the events in a back-to-back format over multiple workouts that will utilize total team coordination, abilities, and skills.
We will put our typical twist on your everyday CrossFit movements that will leave our competitors hating life during the events, but loving the sensation of accomplishment afterward!. Last year's "My Bloody Valentine" was crazy! We had 196 competitors from 18 different gyms that went head-to-head until all workouts were completed.
Due to the change in the format this year, we will only allow 15 teams per division to register! We have some big plans for the workouts this year and I promise that if you miss your chance to register, you will regret it once you see the workouts! There will be no gimmicks, no smoke and mirrors, just plain old CrossFit taken to a new level that will challenge you both physically and mentally, yet will NOT push you over the top.
This event wouldn't be complete without our awesome sponsors! These guys have been a staple in our gym since we opened. Formula O2, BarLife, and 321 Wrap will be onsite with their bad ass products, used by countless people in the CrossFit community.
We will have a DJ playing awesome tunes that will keep you moving throughout the competition! As always, our peeps at BarLife will be providing the sweet event t-shirts for men and women competitors. We take our event shirts very seriously, I mean that's why you all are competing, isn't it?? They will be top of the line shirts and bad ass as always! We will also have food and drink on-site

****We reserve the right to add movements to this list, but they would fall under the weight limits shown. We will not add a Major Skill to the list (ie Muscle-Ups) We may use everything on this list or some of it.
****The Scaled is meant for scaled athletes. Don't be that team that should have went Rx and Sandbagged the scaled division please****
***We have a Tie-Breaker workout that has been predetermined. If we have two teams tie for a spot in the top 3, they will go head-to-head in a winner take all format. The team that finishes first or with more reps will be declared the winner of the tie breaker***
