Movement standards: Plate burpees 35/25lbs, Dumbbell snatch to lunge 35/25lbs, Kb swings 53/35lbs, partner deadlift (both partners lift the bar simultaneously) 255/175lbs, pull ups (or you can bring a band and do a higher rep count of band pull ups), squat clean & jerk 95/65lbs, partner jump overs
