We had such an amazing and fun time at our CrossFit Stole My Heart comp that we decided to host another one just for you guys. There was such awesome and positive feedback and also requests that we host a team competition so here it is..This comp will be a 2 person same sex team consisting of Mens RX, Womens RX, Mens Scaled, Womens Scaled, and a Masters Division (40yrs+)..There will be 10 teams in each division..There will be 3 WODs and 1 Final WOD that will be proven to test your fitness levels just like the last competiton. Workouts and movements standards will be released 2 weeks prior to the competiton. There is nothing better then grabbing your best friends and throwing down on some workouts.

Scaled/Masters Suggested Movement Standards For Reps: Push Press 95/65 Deadlift 225/135 Back Squat 215/115 Front Squat 135/95 Clean 95/65 Snatch 95/65 Pull-ups K2E Kb swings 53/35
*These are just a few recommended weights you should be able to do.
If you have competed in an RX comp you need to sign up for RX not Scaled Division.
