My husband and I started CrossFit 1 year ago as an activity that we can do together. Although we do not WOD together, we are at the same gym just have different work out times. We love our gym and the CrossFit community. When my youngest daughter left for boot camp this summer, I found myself spending more time on my health and fitness. I became more self confident at the gym and willing to try new things, so here I am. Trying something new, closer to 50 than 40 and proud of my fitness journey and progress.
