• How did you start your fitness journey?
I started my fitness journey after being injured on one of my combat deployments to IRAQ. CrossFit was the only thing that I found really helped in my recovery from the physical and mental injuries and illness. I owe it my life. If not for CrossFit and the amazing community I wouldn't be here today.
