• Why do you train?
25 months ago I was 35 lbs overweight and smoking a pack and a half a day. I quit smoking and walked into Crossfit Oakland Park knowing nothing about what I was getting into. Just wanted a change. 1 Year later I had lost all that weight, participated in Wodapalooza, qualified for the Masters Online Qualifier (168th 50-54), and was taking my L1. A couple months later I qualified for the Granite Games and participated in September (13th place). Signed up for the Freakin comp on a masters team and later realized it's the same weekend as the MOQ...I placed 82nd this year in the 50-54 group. Going to be a busy 4 days!!!
