• Why do you train?
I have always "worked out" to many hours in the gym and wanted something more challenging to lose weight and look and be strong.I have the muscle I just need to put more work in so it shows. I love this its my new lifestyle. Everyone at the box is encouraging. My husband and kids are involved I'm excited to see what changes I make in a year!
